UFF will be seeking an experienced professional Service Unit Director (SUD) and professional Secretary to serve UFF chapters through organizing, bargaining and member representation.

UFF Service Unit Director – The primary responsibilities of this professional Service Unit Director (SUD) position is to be a Labor Relations Specialist for chapters, including providing consultation and assistance to elected chapter leaders and members regarding membership development, collective bargaining, contract administration, political advocacy, and member representation.

UFF Secretary – This position requires an individual who consistently exhibits excellent technical skills, is self-motivated to research and resolve issues, and is detail-oriented and organized. The position requires a passion for higher education unionism, as well administrative competence. Ability to speak and write with professional skill and authority is essential.
