When You Reach an Impasse: Adversarial Collective Bargaining Negotiations & How to Fight to Win (UFF Labor Relations Specialists: Cami Acceus, Cristal Cruz & Emily McCann)
Training will cover the principles of successful contract campaigns, steps to take when the parties seem to be at an impasse, as well as the mechanics of impasse as described in FS 447.403 & 447.405. Case studies of actual campaigns will be used. Chapters encouraged to send bargaining and membership committee activists as a team to participate in chapter readiness exercise and next steps; however, all Senators welcomed.
