The UFF Leadership and Diversity Committee creates our vision for Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) work within our union for the upcoming year, and plan ahead for future trainings and diversity book club conversations. We hope that every chapter will be represented as we formalize our vision for this community moving forward, ensuring that UFF is celebrating diversity as an inclusive, equitable space for all members.
