The Florida Education Association, along with the National Education Association, the American Federation of Teachers and First Book have joined together to host a book giveaway in Florida’s capital from 3 – 7 p.m. EDT on Tuesday, March 14. This joint event will highlight the value of giving our children the freedom to learn, and celebrate diverse books and open minds.
The event will be held in front of the FEA building which is located at 213 South Adams Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32301. FEA is conveniently located just a few blocks away from the Tallahassee bus station. Come meet some of your favorite authors, who will be signing books. Free snacks will be provided.
Free parking will be provided at the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center at 505 W Pensacola St, Tallahassee, FL 32301, with transportation to the event.
